You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older and are the parent or legal guardian of the child for whom the affirmations are being created.
## 3. What You Are Purchasing
When you purchase a Brave Young Minds Personalised Affirmation Audio Pack, you receive:
- 40 personalised affirmations tailored to your child
- Two custom audio mp3 tracks (morning and evening)
- A printable personalised affirmation sheet (PDF)
- A Supportive Parent's Guide (PDF)
Additional products, including bonus theme packs and add-ons, may also be offered at the time of purchase.
## 4. How It Works
After completing your purchase, you will be asked to fill in a short form about your child, including their name, date of birth, and current emotional challenges. This information is used to create personalised affirmations specifically for your child.
Your personalised audio pack will be delivered to your email within 7 days of completing the form. During this time, you will receive a series of nurture emails to help you prepare for the best experience with the affirmations.
## 5. Digital Product Delivery
All products are delivered digitally via email. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, or spam filters.
Once delivered, you are responsible for downloading and saving your files. Download links may expire after a reasonable period.
## 6. Personal Use Licence
All products purchased from Brave Young Minds are for personal, private use only. You may not:
- Share, redistribute, or resell the audio tracks, PDFs, or any other delivered materials
- Upload the files to any public platform, streaming service, or file-sharing site
- Use the materials for commercial purposes
- Modify the materials and present them as your own work
Each personalised pack is created for one specific child. If you wish to have affirmations created for additional children, a separate purchase is required.

We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee from the date your personalised files are delivered. If you feel that Brave Young Minds is not the right fit for your family, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

Please note: Refunds are calculated from the date your personalised pack is delivered to your email, not from the date of purchase.
## 8. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to affirmation text, audio recordings, music, branding, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Take a Bow Productions Ltd. Your purchase grants you a personal use licence only and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
## 9. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.
Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect orders already completed.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when filling in the child profile form. The quality and relevance of the personalised affirmations depend on the information you provide. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or incomplete form submissions.

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, as every child is different and results may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Take a Bow Productions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
